Registration and Logistics:
Why do I need to register in advance?
Since the number of bikes is limited, we recommend that you register in advance to secure your spot.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, our 2 accreditation points have computers that allow you to register on-site if spots are still available.
Where do I pick up my bike?
Instructions for bike pick-up will be provided at the accreditation point. For all activities excluding the Rando Gourmande Classique, bikes are available for pick-up in Verbier. For the Rando Gourmande Classique, pick up your bike in Le Châble.
Is there a fixed departure time?
No, the trails are self-guided, so there are no group departures. However, for all day routes (Parcours Decouverte, Rando Gourmande Classique, Rando Gourmande Sportive and Parcours Délices), a recommended departure time will be communicated to you a few weeks before the event to maximize your day and return before the lifts close.
I'm in Le Châble but my activity starts in Verbier, what should I do?
We will provide you with a round-trip pass from Verbier to Le Châble (free for the customer).
Bike Selection and Requirements:
Can I choose the e-bike when I select the "e-bike rental" option?
No, e-bike allocation is managed by the organization taking into account the size and level specified during registration.
I own an electric bike. What type of e-bikes are recommended for the different routes?
Green Trails: All Types of e-bikes
Blue Trails: Hard Tail e-mountain bike
Red Trails: Full Suspension
Black Trails: Full Suspension + recommended protective gear
I already have my e-bike, why do I have to pay CHF 45 for a discovery day?
These fees cover registration costs, signage, access to refreshments, lift passes (if needed for the chosen trail), technical and medical assistance.

My son is 15 years old, can he come with us?
The use of E-bikes in Switzerland is regulated. To use an E-bike without restrictions, one must be at least 16 years old. However, with a valid moped license, e-bike usage is possible from the age of 14.
I don't have a helmet, can I still participate?
Wearing a helmet is mandatory for e-bike practice in Switzerland. If you do not have a helmet, you can rent or purchase one on-site.
Route Information and Support:
I'm not familiar with the Verbier region and I'm afraid of getting lost.
Don’t worry, all routes are clearly signposted. Additionally, a hotline is available on weekends to answer any questions you may have.
Are refreshments provided on the discovery routes?
Yes, there are various refreshment stops on the different routes.
It's raining, can I reschedule?
No, according to our Terms and Conditions, All transactions are final and cannot be changed under any circumstances
The Trail I chose requires a lift pass, is this provided by the organization?
Yes, if a lift pass is required for the trail, it will be provided at the accreditation point.
Fees and Refunds:
I sprained my ankle, can I get a refund?
Upon presentation of a medical certificate, we will proceed with a refund.
It's raining, can I get a refund?
As specified in our Terms and Conditions, we do not issue refunds. All transactions are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
